 Today's project was a chipboard 4x6 mini album.

The perfect gift for all your Christmas photo's of the kids, or Grand kids. 

 a place for photo's, a place for journaling, extra pockets.

all Poinsettia flowers cut with my beloved Make the cut and craft robo.

 also Sizzix and Spellbinders dies. # of my must haves for any project.

Baby word book....MTC

 Hello crafty friends....Here is a cascading wordbook I designed in my MTC software and cut on my Silhouette..There are no limits as to what this machine and software can do!!!!

 Asode from a few stampinup stamp sets and a Tim Holrz die or 2. The rest was all created with my MTC.. It is am amazing versatile program, I could never live with out.The dies used from Tim Holtz are the tattered florals shown in the photo above, as well as the rosettes dies also by Tim Holtz. He is such a talented young man, I wish I could spend even a few hours with him to watch his mind work.

 Lots of girly paper, ribbons, flowers and baby charms. Everything is made by hand.

How girly can one get....

 I love these papers, and for the life of me have no idea what brand it is. I do know I can not find it anywhere..uuggghhhhh.

Time for the new

A Birthday album for my Niece

Mid Day Greetings,
Hello crafty ones, hope you are all having a great week...Since the accident I have been unable to even touch crafty things, and have been dying to make the things I have either designed, or seen or or a file from one of my very crafty and amazingly talented designers.  It's funny how some days it seems that a person has not a crafty bone in their body, how we get stuck on certain things, and have complete brain malfunctions. Then there are the times when all we do is create in our minds and cant wait to get back and put those ideas into works of art. At first I was out of it and had no idea who I was or doing, but then my mind just could not stop, I wish things happened like that all the time..lol..But it don't. So any who, I wanted to put up another post.

A cupcake mini album, for my Niece's Birthday.. She likes her bright funky colors, so...I think she will like this.

Ready for her to put her own touch to it...I always enjoy making these mini albums, the nice thing is it can be any shape at all. They are quick and easy. And quite addicting...Have a great rest of the day...

Altered 8x8 Scrapbook album

Another 8x8 scrapbook I re-did, all they have to do is add there own scrapped pages... I really like making these albums, there are so many possibilities when doing these, it is hard to stay focused on just one at a time...And the perfect size for beginners, not to big and overwhelming, or perfect when there are not alot of photos....

Project 2 of 24 days with the Cricut and Stamps

So today is day 2 of the 24 days of projects with my Cricut, and stamping supplies..Today's project is another mini album, a mini album in the shape of Winter Mittens of course..Hope you like it. I still need to add ribbons and charms to the ring holding it all together, and give it one more coat of Gkimmer mist, but takes awhile to dry so I am posting anyway..lol

Supplies used are Sizzix die's, Spellbinders die's, inks, glimmer mist, prima flowers, silk leaves, cricut and misc items

Box update and a card...

Hello crafty ones...Well my day was not a happy day, My best friends father had passed away, and the funeral was this morning...I stayed with her the day just for moral support in case she needed it. Her siblings never bothered to show, as they are all very selfish, so how could I just leave her..One can never have too many hugs in this situation.Anyway when I returned home I found another clue from the boys in an email...It says," Dear Mom, we know this making you crazy, and thats part of the fun we get to have...Were sure by now you weighed your saddle, and tack. And we seen the post, It's NOT the saddle, sorry maybe next time, as that is a great idea. Clue number 2....Inside the large box are at least 3 smaller boxes, and 1 of the items is black and a deep deep blue color...It makes NO noise at all.....and before you ask, the items do go together, somewhat. So there it is, clue number 2...

On a crafty note....Here is another card I attempted.... I promise the next one will be a lot better, and all stamping and coloring....I am putting my dies and cutters away....It's the only way I think this is going to happen....Have a wonderful everyone....

Easter Paper Piecings

Hello crafty ones.....Here is another paper piecing... This ones a bit different, It's a combination, of patterns from Myscrapchick, and Sizzix... The nice thing about doing paper piecing's, is they can made from anything. coloring book pages are a great sourcs to get patterns, and die, from sizzix, OK, spellbinders, or any other brands out there. And it is ok to mix and match them like I did here. The train, wagon, grass and eggs are Sizzix dies. The eggs were cut from glitter patterned card stock, and the rest cut from DCWV card stock. Then just layer them how want, and embellish. So if you have dies, there's no need to buy paper piece patterns. And again coloring books are a great place for patterns. So give them a try. And it will be no time at all before you are hooked on them...

A little chalk, ink, stickles, makers, or gel pens and you have the perfect combo for embellishing just about anything....Have a great day one and all...

8x8 Scrapbook covers, albums

Here are a few more of the altered scrapbook albums...It is so much nicer to personalize them, rather than just a plain old front. All you need is (5) sheets os 12x12 paper, and (2) sheets of 81/2x11 paper. a glue stick, and whatever else you want to match the theme of the book. The font on the book if from Sizzix, and called Endless love. A few Prima flowers, brads, and lace. You can be as basic or fancy as you want to. I left this one rather empty looking, which is very hard for me to do....

This is a cute little book for that special baby/toddler in your life. The tear bears are a pattern from My ScapChick, and Lisa's Piecings. Spellbinders for dies, and a fiskars border punch, a few dimensional stickers and a cute little saying finishes off this book..

This one is basically the same thing, only I used my Cricut and my Silhouette for the die cuts and My SCrapChick for the tear bear. A bit of inking and chalking, and pop dots is all you need..

This book I used the Silhouette for the angel and branches, topped off with a few Prima flowers and it's all done. Well it could be done. These books are so easy to do, and are the perfect size. Espically for the beginner scrapbooker. They are 8x8 and not quite as intimidating as a full 12x12 page or album to do. I prefer glue sticks for these types of projects, as it stiffens up the covers and gives a nice base for adhering other items.. Have a craft happy day ladies...

Tri fold card

Hello again ladies....Well theres seems to be a bit of confusion concerning this card... First it is NOT a free file from ukscrappers!!!!! It is a file from a gal called scrappercarmen from the craftedge forum. HERE this is the link to the original post and to the 2 .svg files she had shared with everyone on that forum. I just didn't use the front flap from this file. Never implied this was my design, just my take on the card and embellishing it. Some times reading between the lines means ones looking to make trouble.

. There is also a tutorial on splitcoast stampers forum on how to make this card with an x-acto knife, a cutting mat and your scor-pal and a ruler.

I "said, "here is my take on this card" not here is my design. The offer still stands if anyone wants me to cut this card on the SIlhouette for them, I would be happy to do so for free. Just like always.

One has to be a bit more caerful when promoting an awesome design, as there seems to be a lot of folk out there quick to point a finger and make a mountain out of a mole hill. Look for trouble where there is none, and cause trouble because they either thrive on it, or are not happy unless they are making some elses life miserable. Life is too short to be so petty..

So I apologize for any confusion this may have caused any of you.

Altered clipboards

Hello crafty ones, I apologize for being M.I.A. for a few days, but has been crazy busy. So Deb was looking for an idea for an altered clipboard. I have some finished, and of course no pics of them. But I do have pics of these, and these were done about a year ago for 2 different customers. SO not to worry Deb, I have some really great gift ideas coming your way and in time for Christmas....

Also this Saturday, both Shelly and I will be at the Manitowoc expo from 8am to 2 pm..I am going to have my cricut there, and l;ots of new dies for the Sizzix and Cuttlebug. Lots of Holiday dies. More info to come later this week. So stay tuned..Have a great day, happy crafting

Cropping Time!!!

Hello Ladies, well as promised it's time for our very first crop!!! woohoo........It is set for October 19th at 11:00 AM, at the Eagles Club in T.R. So come one come all, its going to be a great day!

For all you seasoned croppers, you all know what to bring..For all you beginners, well look for an email i sent to you all telling you what you need to bring and why.

Also as promised, i will be bringing my Sizzix die cut system, with well over 1000 dies, and my Big Bug, Cricut with 35 Cartridges. Between the 2 systems, we have every topic, theme, or font a person could ever want.
