SPring is in the air, or NOT!

 Good Friday morning to you all...So this week has been an unbelievable week. We hit the 50's and 60's something which never happens until June sometime. And I am not kidding at all about that. Our snow is gone, the birds are singing, the grass is still brown, but one step at a time right. And believe it or not we have a snow storm due to hit us tonight and all day tomorrow. What crazy weather we are having. But with that taste of spring came the butterfly and bird craze....These beautiful Butterflies were given to me in pattern form, .svg to be exact, so if you have a digital cutter,(wishblade, silhouette, craft robo, or the ecut) you can also be cutting these beautiful butterflies. You can also cut them if you have the cricut and SCAL program. SO if any of you want these files just leave a message in this post and I will be happy to send you to the site I got them from. They really are pretty, and they cut effortlessly on any of the machines listed above.  They are beautiful when layered, and would be perfect on cards and scrapping layouts. Altered Letters

Hello crafty  ones........Well today I decided to make some altered letters. For my Neice's, and Nephews. They will all get them from me, or shall I say the Easter Bunny.... Altered CLipboard

 Good Monday Morning Ladies.....Hope you have had a great weekend! I did not do to much.  Everyone was gone for the weekend, so it was just me and my boys, (dogs) so we 3 just hung out and had I took me time. I guess I needed that with all thats gone on lately. Although I did manage to make a Cowgirl altered clipboard, for a door prize for our next meeting. I like to reward my girls in the club by giving everyone a chance to win something when they attend the meetings. And this is going to be next weeks prize for someone...They are kinda cuts, just add a photo and either hang them on the wall, or get a plate stand and display it that way. Its actually a lot brighter and prettier in person. Well off to be crafty...lol, well at least try to be....

Silhouette America....

So, I have tried card making, scrapbooking, altered arts, mixed media collage projects, rubber stamping, and just about every other paper craft known to (wo)man. And 1 things for certain, there are just some tolls a gal can not live without. Sadly for me there's more than just an item or 2  I can not live without.  The silhouette, started out spending more time in the box than it did cutting. Then I dedicated days to figuring out all the little perks  and possibilities it gave me.  Love at first cut..Know it spends so much time cutting, I do believe I am wearing my poor little girl out. She is slowing down and making odd noises. SO i have to be a bit more selective in what I ask her to cut and how much I ask her to cut. About 95% of everything I make I use my girl for. And shes feeling it...My latest project is a card, designed in inkscape, transported to my Silhouette, a quick conversion, and poof! a couple  cards....All they need now is some embellishments, and sparkly stuff.

So tell me ladies, what are your can not live without products.....

I am Home at last

 Hello all my crafty friends. I am home at last and let me tell you I am so happy to be back. I have missed my friends here in blog land. I can see I have lots to catch up on, and will enjoy every moment of it!!
First I wish to thank you ladies for the beautiful cards and wonderful words of support and encouragement. It was so nice to see and come home to. Thank you all very much...I returned on Saturday evening, and since I left in such a rush and left quite a mess, as you may recall, the new computers and I was in the middle of setting them up the way I wanted them when I got the word. SO the first thing I did after reading mail, a long hot bubble bath, and some rubbing and loving on my fur babies was to finish setting up the computers. SO this is my first post with my new toys, and I do love it. Have almost everything like I want it, but could wait no longer to get to my blog and all of your blogs. SO give me a day or 2 to get settled and caught up with all of your blogs. It truly great to be home! I have missed you all very much, and am suffering not only from blog hopping, but crafting in general. I have missed the ink stained fingers, and the glue stuck fingers. ANd the feel of paper. Ladies again thank you for all your support and wonderful kind words and prayers. You all rock!
